We arrived a bit early for check in but Jerry at reception kindly checked with housekeeping to see if our room was ready and it was. He was such a kind and helpful man throughout our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite as a family of 4 with two children and it was perfect. Not only was there a sofa bed but they also put up a smaller single for our youngest child. The location is great, a short walk to Piccadilly Station and Piccadilly Gardens for lots of tram links. Easy to get to anywhere in the centre from it. The breakfast was lovely, so many options and really fresh. The staff at breakfast were all so kind and helpful also. They had coloring sheets for the kids to choose from.

Very impressed, from the parking being available just across the road at a reasonable rate to the fact that, from the moment of walking in, the staff were helpful and always ready to answer any questions we had. The location is excellent with plentiful food and shopping options within easy walking distance. On site every amenity is available that you could possibly need, including toiletries available if you happen to, like us, have forgotten toothpaste to the ability to hire an umbrella if necessary. The room was clean, well fitted out and modern and breakfast in the morning was tasty with a wide range of options and plentiful supply. We will stay again.

The location was great! Within walking distance of everything including the train station and tram central location. Didn’t book breakfast so can not comment on this area. Was offered to add at the hotel for a special rate, but we wanted to eat out, but at least the option was there along with the option of eating in your room. Glad there was a fridge in the room along with air conditioning which was an added bonus as it was lovely hot weather when visiting the city, so returning to the room that was nice and cool was a great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, ensuring that you had a great stay! Will definitely return.

The room was fantastic, comfortable, AC was perfect. Shower, bathtub all lovely with great facilities. The location is great in the sense that it is a walk to the arndale centre and shops and local restaurants. Breakfast was decent but the same range every day. Staff are phenomenal. I didn't like the coffee tea hot choc all very basic. It is literally a brand new hotel. Tram access easy.

Sohail

Really comfortable hotel, large gym and good lounge and restaurant. Staff were really attentive. Our junior suite was perfect for our young family and good breakfast each morning. Check in and check out were wonderfully painless. Good location with lots to do and see with good restaurants all around.
